Our response to the Coronavirus

At NU living we have been working very hard to create the right responses to what is clearly a fast-moving situation. We have followed government advice on this issue to date and will continue to do so.

We would like to reassure all our customers that we remain open and are focused on delivering key services to our customers and have contingency plans in place to support this.

Where appropriate, members of staff are working from home, whilst ensuring that essential front-line services are still being provided. Main offices currently remain open but this will be reviewed in line with evolving Government advice and the impact of self-isolation of team members.

Our phone lines remain operational and will continue to be so. All our customer service teams including the Sales team and Customer Care team are ready to continue support customers thorough this difficult time. Face to face visits are being rearranged or conducted digitally or on the phone and essential visits will take place whilst maintaining safe distances in line with Government advice.

A range of useful information is also being shared on our social media and digital channels and customers are being encouraged to use our website and email to speak to our teams.

Our construction sites and modular housing factory continue to operate and our development activities continue. Our Sales and Marketing teams continue to support existing buyers and are dealing with new enquiries over the phone or digitally to avoid the need for customers to visit our Sales and Marketing Suites. The Customer Care teams will continue to support those buyers and new tenants moving into our homes.

We stand ready to work with you all to ensure that together we respond to this worldwide issue in a way which supports our customers and ensures we maintain critical services through this difficult time.
